Serves: See below Vegetarian Cold Accompaniment Cakes Frosting Gluten Wheat Free Eggless Ingredients50g/2oz
Softened Butter 100g/4oz
Icing Sugar Instructions 1. Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl and sift the icing sugar over the top. 2. Add the flavouring of your choice if using (see below) and cream all the ingredients together with a wooden spoon until well blended. Use as required (see below).

Desiccated Coconut Coffee Butter Icing1 Teasp Instant Coffee dissolved in 2 teasp Hot water. Cool before adding to the mixture. Lemon Butter Icing2 teasp
