Chocolate Sauce   Veg  HT  ACC  10mins

 

 

Serves  4      Hot    Vegetarian    Sweet Sauces  Gluten Wheat Free  Eggless

 

Ingredients:

240ml/8fl.oz. Whipping Cream

175g/6oz Dark Chocolate

 

Instructions

 

1. Place the cream in a saucepan and heat through over a moderate heat.

 

 2. Break the chocolate into small pieces, add to the cream, reduce the heat and allow the chocolate to melt, stirring frequently.  Serve hot.

 

Great served with Ice Cream
