Cinnamon Sauce Veg

20mins Hot Vegetarian Sweet Sauces Accompaniment
Ingredients: 25g/1oz Plain Flour 50g/2oz Sugar 250ml/10 fl.oz Milk 1 Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
1. Mix the flour with the sugar and moisten with a little of the cold milk.
2. Put the rest of the milk into a pan with the stick of cinnamon, bring to the boil and simmer for at least 10 minutes according to how strong you want the flavour of cinnamon to be.
3. Gradually stir in the flour and sugar. Simmer for five minutes, stirring all the time until thickened. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.
