Curry Cream Sauce for Pork HT ACC 15mins Hot Fruit Savoury Sauces Accompaniment Ingredients 1/2 Onion, chopped 1 Banana, chopped 1 Apple, chopped 2 inches crystallized Ginger, chopped 2 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp mild Curry Powder 250ml/9 fl.oz. Whipping cream Salt & pepperInstructions 1. Fry the onion in the butter until soft then add the chopped banana, apple and ginger. 2. Sprinkle with curry powder and stir in the cream. Allow to cook over a low heat until it thickens. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with grilled or fried pork.
