Dairy Free Raspberry Coulis CD Veg ACC 15mins plus coolingMakes 180ml/6fl.oz. Cold Vegetarian Vegan Dairy Free Gluten Free Wheat Free Eggless Sweet Sauce Accompaniment Ingredients: 250g/9oz Fresh or frozen Raspberries 2 tbsp Sugar 30ml/1fl.oz. Water 2 tbsp Cornflour A little extra cold water 2 tbsp Raspberry Liqueur or juice Instructions 1. Place the raspberries, sugar and water in a small saucepan and cook over a medium heat until soft, stirring from time to time. 2. In a small bowl, mix the cornflour with a little water until well blended. Add to the raspberries, stirring constantly and cook over medium heat until thickened. 3. Strain the sauce through sieve into a bowl then stir in the raspberry liqueur or juice. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
