Gooseberry Sauce for Mackerel HT ACC
Hot Fruit Savoury
Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
200g/8 oz gooseberries, topped and tailed
Place the fruit in a saucepan with as little water as possible, cover and cook
over a medium heat, stirring from time to time until very soft, about 10
Sieve or process in a blender until smooth then return to the saucepan over a low heat and gradually add
and sugar. Serve hot with fish.
