Green Sauce for Fish CD ACC 5mins Cold Savoury Sauces Accompaniment Ingredients 100g/4oz Fresh Spinach, chopped 1 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped 1 tbsp Mild Mustard 1 clove of Garlic, peeled 200ml/7 fl.oz Sour Cream or Crème Fraiche Salt and PepperInstructions Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth. Serve with fried or grilled fish.
