Hazelnut Sauce for Vegetables
Hot Vegetarian Nuts Spices Savoury
teasp Cayenne Pepper
tbsp Lemon Juice
tbsp coarsely chopped Hazelnuts, toasted
Melt the butter over a very low heat then set aside.
Put the egg yolks and water into a bowl over a pan of hot water and whisk
until creamy. Remove from heat.
Whisk in the butter a little at a time then add the cayenne and lemon juice to
serve - pour over boiled or steamed vegetables and sprinkle the hazelnuts
