Herb Sabayon for Vegetables Veg HT ACC 15mins Hot Vegetarian Herbs Savoury Sauces Accompaniment Ingredients 1 Egg 2 Egg yolks 2 tbsp Vegetable Stock 100g/4oz Melted Butter 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice Salt & Pepper 1 tbsp Fresh Chervil, finely chopped 1 tbsp Fresh Chives, finely choppedInstructions 1. Whisk the egg, egg yolks and stock in a saucepan over a very low heat. 2. Remove from heat and add the butter little by little whisking constantly. Add the lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper. 3. Whisk vigorously until the sauce becomes fluffy. Serve warm with boiled or steamed vegetables.
