Hollandaise Sauce Veg HT ACC 15mins Hot Vegetarian Savoury Sauces Accompaniment Gluten Wheat free Ingredients 175g/7oz Butter 3 Egg yolks 2 tbsp Water Lemon Juice Salt and PepperInstructions 1. Melt the butter in a small pan and set aside. 2. Whisk the egg yolks and water in a bowl set over a pan of hot but not boiling water until the mixture begins to thicken. 3. Very slowly, add the melted butter whisking all the time. Add the lemon juice and seasoning to taste. Serve with poached fish, poultry or vegetables. Capers or Mustard can be added to this sauce for extra flavouring.
