Indian Sauce for Fish      CD  ACC   Indian  10mins

Cold   Savoury Sauces   Accompaniment

 

Ingredients

1 Red Capsicum, (sweet pepper) chopped

1 tbsp Mango Chutney

1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

200ml/7 fl.oz Crème Fraîche

1 tbsp Curry Powder

 

Instructions

 

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

 

Serve with fried fish.
