Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Large Apples, peeled, cored and chopped
tbsp Wine Vinegar
fl.oz. Maple Syrup
Place the apples in a pan with the cloves, barely cover with water and cook
gently until soft.
Remove the cloves and liquidise or pass through a sieve.
Return to the heat and stir in the vinegar and maple syrup. Beat in the butter
