Sweet Sauce Accompaniment
Ingredients:
100g/4oz Plain Chocolate
6 tbsp Golden Syrup
2 teasp Coffee Essence
25g/1oz Butter
Instructions
1.
Place all the ingredients in a heatproof bowl. Place the bowl over a small pan
of hot but not boiling water.
2.
Place the pan over a low heat and stir the chocolate mixture with a wooden spoon
until the chocolate melts.
Serve
with ice cream or
profiteroles.
