Sauce Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free
fl.oz. Boiling Water
tbsp Unsalted Butter
teasp Vanilla Essence
Add the brown sugar to the boiling water; stir to dissolve.
Put the granulated sugar in a heavy pan and heat gently until it caramelizes,
but do not let it burn. Mix in the brown sugar syrup and stir until the mixture
is thick and smooth. Stir in the butter and vanilla essence. Refrigerate until
ready to use.
