Mushroom Garlic Sauce for Pasta

Clove of Garlic, crushed
fl.oz White Wine
8fl.oz Single Cream
and Black pepper
tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
Slice the mushrooms thinly and fry gently in the butter with the garlic until soft.
Add the wine and cream, stir well and cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes until
stirring from time to time.
Season with salt and pepper then stir in the parsley.
4. Serve hot
poured over plain or stuffed pastas such as ravioli, tortellini, cappelletti,
tortelli, or Agnelotti.

* NB Whilst this sauce is Gluten free and eggless , for a completely
gluten/egg free recipe use a gluten/egg free pasta dough and filling.
