Olive Sauce for Pasta Veg HT ACC 10mins Hot Vegetarian Savoury Sauces Accompaniment Gluten Wheat free Eggless
Ingredients 100g/4oz Pimento stuffed Green Olives 100g/4oz Black Olives, stoned 2 Cloves of Garlic, finely chopped 100g/4oz Butter 150ml/6fl.oz Tomato JuiceInstructions 1. Roughly chop the olives. 2. Gently fry the garlic in the butter until just beginning to brown then pour in the tomato juice. 3. Bring to the boil then add the olives and cook for a few minutes. Serve hot mixed with pasta.
