Rosemary Sauce for Meats HT ACC 15mins Hot Herbs Savoury Sauces Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free Eggless Ingredients 110ml/4 fl.oz Fresh Meat Stock 1 sprig of Rosemary 250ml/9 fl.oz Crème Fraîche Salt & Pepper 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, choppedInstructions If serving with fried meat, use the pan in which the meat has already been fried. 1. Add the stock to the pan with a few rosemary leaves and boil for a few minutes. 2. Add the Crème Fraîche and continue cooking until the mixture reduces and thickens. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley. Serve with fried lamb, venison, beef or pork.
