fl.oz Whipping cream
5 fl.oz. Crème Fraîche
tbsp Sesame Seeds
Dry roast the sesame seeds in a non-stick pan until lightly browned.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the saffron. Simmer for a few minutes
then add the cream and simmer for a few minutes
Stir in the crème fraîche, salt pepper and sesame seeds.
