Ingredients:
350g/12oz
Strawberries
210ml/7 fl.oz.
Crème Fraiche
2 tbsp Caster
Sugar
Instructions
1. Wash and
hull the strawberries and pass through a sieve.
2. Add the crème
fraîche and caster sugar and mix thoroughly.
