Ingredients:
1 tbsp
Cornflour
300ml/10 fl.oz.
Milk
25g/1oz Sugar
14g/˝oz
Butter
A few drops
Vanilla Essence
Instructions
1. In a large
bowl, blend a little of the milk with the cornflour.
2. Bring the
remainder of the milk to boil then pour over the cornflour mixture.
Return to the pan and add the sugar.
3. Bring back
to the boil, stirring all the time, then add the butter and vanilla
essence.
