Toffee Sauce Veg HT ACC 10mins Hot Vegetarian Sweet Sauces Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients: 210ml/7fl.oz. Double Cream 6 tbsp Sugar 6 tbsp Golden Syrup 100g/4oz Butter ½ teasp Ground Ginger 2-3 drops Vanilla Essence
Instructions
1. Put the cream, sugar and syrup in a saucepan and mix well over a low heat. Stir in half the butter. Bring to the boil and continue boiling until a soft toffee consistency is reached.
2. Stir in the ginger, vanilla essence and the remainder of the butter. Serve hot.
