Carrot, peeled and sliced
fl.oz Crème Fraiche
7 fl.oz. Fresh Vegetable Stock
Cook the vegetables in the stock for 15 minutes until tender.
Push through a sieve or blend in a food processor until smooth.
Return to the saucepan and add the Crème Fraîche. Mix well. Season with salt
and pepper and gently re-heat.
with steamed or poached fish.
