Vegetable Sauce for Fish HT ACC 20mins Hot Vegetables Savoury Sauces Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free Eggless Ingredients 1 Leek, sliced 1 Carrot, peeled and sliced 1 Onion, sliced 200ml/7 fl.oz Crème Fraiche Salt and Pepper 200ml/ 7 fl.oz. Fresh Vegetable StockInstructions 1. Cook the vegetables in the stock for 15 minutes until tender. 2. Push through a sieve or blend in a food processor until smooth. 3. Return to the saucepan and add the Crème Fraîche. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper and gently re-heat. Serve with steamed or poached fish.
