Whisky Sauce Veg CD ACC 20mins Cold Vegetarian Fruit Alcohol Nuts Sweet Sauce Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free
Ingredients: 1 tbsp Blackcurrant Jam 50g/2oz Marzipan (check ingredients) 90ml/3 fl.oz. Whisky 210ml/7 fl.oz. Double Cream
Instructions
1. In a pan, slowly melt the blackcurrant jelly. Add the marzipan and remove from the heat.
2. Keep mixing until the mixture is smooth then stir in the whisky. Cool.
3. Lightly whisk the cream then add the blackcurrant mixture. Mix well. Serve cold.
