Ingredients: 6 Egg Yolks 4 tbsp Caster sugar 4 tbsp Marsala 120ml/4 fl.oz. Double Cream
Instructions
1. Place the egg yolks, sugar and Marsala in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water and whisk until frothy.
2. Lightly whip the cream then gradually add to the egg yolks, whisking all the time. Serve warm or hot.
