Chilled Strawberry Soup     Veg  CD  SP  5mins plus chilling

Serves 4    Cold Vegetarian  Fruit  Soups Starter  Hors d'oeuvre  Gluten Wheat free  Eggless

 

Ingredients

675g/1½lb Strawberries 
450ml/14fl.oz. Plain Yogurt 
120ml/4fl.oz. Orange Juice 
100g/4oz White Sugar 
120ml/4fl.oz. Cold Water 
A good Pinch Ground Cardamom


 

Instructions

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and puréed.

Chill until ready to serve.
