1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp Vegetable
1. Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F Gas Mark 4 and lightly oil a 20cm/8 inch
flan tin. (see below for use as a cheesecake base)
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well
3. Press into the bottom and up the sides of the flan tin and bake for 15 minutes.
Fill as usual.
For a cheesecake base, just press
the mixture into the bottom of a
