Dairy-Free Crab Cocktail        CD   HD     10mins

 

 

Serves    Cold   Shellfish  Seafood Vegetables  Hors d'oeuvre   Starter   Appetiser   Dairy Free  Eggless

 

Ingredients

125g/5oz White Crabmeat, flaked

Lettuce, shredded

2 tbsp Eggless Mayonnaise Substitute

2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Salt & Pepper

Lemon juice

Worcestershire sauce

A few slices of Cucumber to garnish

 

Instructions

 

1. Line some small glasses or plates with the shredded lettuce.

 

2. Thoroughly mix the mayonnaise substitute, tomato ketchup, a squeeze of lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl then add the crabmeat. Stir well.

 

3. Pile onto the lettuce and serve garnished with cucumber slices. Chill until ready to serve as a starter.
