Dairy-Free Prawn Cocktail CD HD 10mins plus chilling
Serve 4 Cold Shellfish Seafood Starter Appetiser Hors d'oeuvre Dairy free Eggless Ingredients: 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauceA dash of Tabasco Sauce 4 tbsp Eggless Mayonnaise Substitute Salt & Pepper Lemon juice Lettuce 100g/4oz Peeled prawns Lemon Wedges to garnishInstructions 1. Place the tomato ketchup, mayonnaise substitute, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt, black pepper and a few drops of lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. 2. Stir in the prawns. Chill until ready to serve. 3. To serve - Finely shred the lettuce and arrange on individual small plates or in glasses and top with the prawn mixture. Garnish with slices or wedges of lemon and serve very cold.
