Dairy Free Apple and Maple Sauce Veg HT CD ACC 25mins Serves 4 Hot Cold Vegan Vegetarian Savoury Fruit Sauce Accompaniment Dairy Gluten Wheat Free EgglessIngredients: 500g/ 1lb Cooking apples Water 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup Instructions 1. Peel, core and chop the apples. Place in a saucepan with enough water to stop them from burning. You can add more water if necessary. 2. Bring to the boil then simmer for 15-20 minutes or until very soft. 3. Drain off any excess water, add the maple syrup and beat with a wooden spoon. Serve hot or cold.
Can be used with Pork and Goose.
