20cm/8 inch Cake Cold Vegetarian Spices Cakes
Baked Fayre Gluten Wheat Dairy Free
4 eggs, separated
1/2 teasp Freshly
1/2 teasp Ground
Cloves (check ingredients label)
1 teasp Cinnamon
(check ingredients label)
1 teasp Ground
Ginger (check ingredients label)
Bicarbonate of Soda
½ teaspoon Cream
1 tbsp Golden
1. Preheat the
oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4 and lightly grease a 20cm/8 inch cake tin.
2.In a mixing
bowl, beat the eggs whites until stiff. Add the remaining ingredients and mix

prepared cake tin and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown and springy
to the touch. Cool on a wire rack.
