Mushroom-Walnut Pâté CD Veg HD
Serves 6 Cold

350g/12oz Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 medium Onion, sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
100g/4oz Firm Tofu, mashed
50g/2oz Walnuts, chopped
Salt and Black Pepper
1. Heat the water in a frying pan then cook the mushrooms, onion, and garlic and
simmer for 5 minutes until soft.
2. Transfer the vegetables and tofu to a food processor or blender and
process until smooth. Add the walnuts, salt and pepper and blend for a further 5
3. Transfer to a serving dish and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
