Nut Milk CD Veg 5mins
Makes 480ml/16fl.oz. Cold Vegetarian Vegan Gluten Dairy Wheat Free
Ingredients 125g/5oz Raw Cashew Nuts 480ml/16fl.oz. Water
1. Place the nuts and water in a blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until very smooth.
2. Strain through a very fine sieve, pushing the mixture through with a wooden spoon.
Use in place of ordinary or soy milk in savoury or sweet recipes.
