Tofu Scramble     Veg  HT  MC    15mins

Serves 4    Hot   Vegetarian   Vegan   Dairy free  Eggless  Main Course   Breakfast   Substitute


2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

200g/7oz Mushrooms, chopped

1 Onion, finely chopped

2 Tomatoes, chopped

300g/10oz Tofu

1/2 teasp Turmeric

1/2 teasp Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Soy Sauce


1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the mushrooms, onions and tomatoes and cook until quite soft.

2. Crumble the tofu into the pan then add the soy sauce, garlic powder and turmeric. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the tofu is heated through. Serve immediately on toast.
