Tofu Sour Cream CD Veg ACC 10mins
Serves 6 Cold Vegetarian Vegan Accompaniment Dairy Gluten Wheat Free Eggless Substitute
Ingredients 225g/8oz Soft Tofu, well drained 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Squeeze as much water out of the tofu as possible using a clean tea towel or cheesecloth.
2. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend with a hand/electric whisk until very smooth and creamy.
