Vegan Vanilla Coconut Ice Cream CD Veg DP 10mins plus freezing
Serves 4 Cold Vegetarian Vegan Desserts Puddings Dairy Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients: 400g/14oz Full Fat Coconut Milk 225g/8oz Silken Tofu 75g/3oz Sugar 1 Tbsp Vanilla
Extract (check ingredients label) Instructions 1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well mixed. Test for sweetness and add more sugar if desired. 2. Transfer the mixture into an ice cream machine and
freeze-churn until ready. Alternatively, pour into a rigid plastic box and
freeze for about 4 hours, stirring once or twice.
