Jamaican Jerk Marinade HT CD ACC West Indian 5mins
Makes 360ml/12fl.oz. Hot Cold Vegetables Herbs Spices Marinades Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Dairy free Eggless Caribbean West Indies North America Nth American
Ingredients 1 Onion, chopped 2 teasp fresh Thyme Leaves 1 teasp Salt 2 teasp Sugar 1 teasp ground Black Pepper 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (check ingredients) 2 Chilli Peppers, chopped 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil 1 teasp Ground Allspice ½ teasp Ground Nutmeg ½ teasp Ground Cinnamon 1 tbsp White Vinegar
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended.
Use to marinate chicken, beef or pork. Store any leftover marinade in the refrigerator in a tightly closed jar for up to one month.
