1 teasp Salt 

2 teasp Allspice 

2 teasp Black Pepper 

1 teasp Cayenne Pepper 

1 level teasp Ground Nutmeg 

teasp Ground Cloves

1 tbsp Sugar 

1 tbsp Onion powder (check ingredients)

1 tbsp Dried thyme 




1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and blend well. 


2. Rub into meat, poultry or seafood and leave to penetrate for at least 2 hours before grilling or barbecuing.
