240ml/8fl.oz. Ricotta Cheese
100g/4oz Mozzarella Cheese, grated
50g/2oz Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Parsley
A Pinch of nutmeg
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Use to stuff
ravioli, tortellini, Cappelletti, tortelli, or Agnelotti
