Apple and Celery Stuffing HT ACC 15mins Hot Pork Fruit Herbs Vegetables Accompaniment Stuffings Eggless Ingredients: 50g/2oz Streaky Bacon, chopped 25g/1oz Butter 2 Onions, chopped 2 Sticks Celery, chopped 4 Cooking Apples, peeled cored and chopped 75g/3oz Fresh White Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped A little Sugar Salt and Pepper Instructions 1. Melt the butter in a pan, add the bacon and fry for 3 minutes until golden. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and set aside. 2. Add the onions and celery to the pan and fry for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add the apples to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes, until soft. 3. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Use to stuff duck or goose.
