Melt the butter in a pan, add the bacon and fry for 3 minutes until golden. Remove from the
pan with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Add the onions and celery to the pan and fry for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add the
apples to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes,
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
