Herb Marinade CD ACC 10mins Cold Vegetarian Alcohol Herbs Accompaniment Marinades Gluten Wheat Dairy free Eggless Ingredients 1 Onion, sliced 1 Bay Leaf, crumbled 6 Sprigs Thyme 3 Sprigs Marjoram 1 Sprig Rosemary 150ml/5fl.oz. Dry White Wine Instructions 1. Scatter the onion and crumbled bay leaf over the food to be marinated, then lay the sprigs of different herbs over as well. Pour over the wine and leave for 12 to 24 hours, basting occasionally.
2. Strain the marinade and use as the cooking liquid, either alone or mixed with stock.
Good for all types of meat, chicken or fish.
