Bay Leaf, crumbled
Dry White Wine
Scatter the onion and crumbled bay leaf over the food to be
marinated, then lay the sprigs of different herbs over as well. Pour over the
wine and leave for 12 to 24 hours, basting occasionally.
Strain the marinade and use as the cooking liquid, either alone or mixed with stock.
Good for all types of meat, chicken or fish.
