Marinade for Vegetables Veg CD HT ACC 5mins Hot Cold Vegetarian Vegetables Spices Herbs Accompaniments Marinades Gluten Wheat Dairy Free EgglessIngredients: 2 Onions, cut into wedges 3 tbsp Olive Oil 150ml/5fl.oz.Water Salt 2 Cloves, crushed ½ teasp Ground Cumin 6 Black Peppercorns, crushed 3 tbsp Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped Instructions 1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. 2. Add the vegetables to be used and cook until tender. Leave to cool in the marinade before serving.
