Mushroom Stuffing for fish HT ACC 10mins Hot Vegetarian Vegetables Herbs Accompaniments Stuffings
Ingredients: 100g/4oz Mushrooms, finely chopped 1 Shallot, finely chopped 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped Salt and Pepper 50g/2oz Fresh White Breadcrumbs A little cream or beaten egg
Instructions
1. Fry the mushrooms and shallots in the hot butter for a few minutes.
2. Add the parsley, seasoning and breadcrumbs and mix well, then moisten the mixture with a little cream or beaten egg.
Use to stuff fish such as plaice, halibut or turbot. |
