Mussel Stuffing HT ACC 10mins Hot Shellfish Seafood Herbs Fruit Accompaniment Stuffings
Ingredients: ½ dozen Cooked Mussels 50g/2oz Fresh White Breadcrumbs 25g/1oz Melted Butter ½ teasp Grated Lemon Rind Salt and Pepper 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped 1 Egg, beaten
Instructions
1. Cut the mussels into small pieces. In a bowl, mix together with the rest of the ingredients and enough of the beaten egg to bind.
Use to stuff fish such as Plaice, turbot, cod, haddock or Sole. |
