Prawn and Cod Stuffing HT ACC 10mins Serves 4-6 Hot Fish Seafood Shellfish Vegetables Herbs Accompaniment Stuffings Ingredients 75g/3oz Water Chestnuts, cut into julienne 100g/4oz Long Grain Rice, cooked 1 Shallot, finely chopped 100g/4oz Cod, cooked and minced 175g/6oz Cooked Peeled Prawns, minced 1 tbsp Dried Mixed Herbs 2 Egg Whites, lightly beaten 2 teasp Soy Sauce Black Pepper Instructions 1. place the water chestnuts, rice, shallots, minced fish, prawns, and herbs in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. Season to taste with soy sauce and pepper, then fold in the egg whites.
Use to stuff vegetables or fish. |
