Ingredients: 50g/2oz Cooked Rice 1 small Onion, finely chopped 50g/2oz Raisins 50g/2oz Chopped Almonds 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped 25g/1oz Butter Salt & Pepper 1 Egg, beaten or a little milk
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in s small pan.
2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well using enough beaten egg or milk to bind.
Use to stuff vegetables or fish.
