Ordering Minimum orders There is no minimum order requirement - whether it's 1 item or 50, we'll deliver them to you.
Online We offer online shopping services for deliveries worldwide.
Accepted Currencies Online - We accept payments in Pounds Sterling, US Dollars and Euros
Accepted Methods of Payment We accept all major credit and debit cards online Including Visa, MasterCard, American Express plus most debit cards (including Switch and Solo) PLUS PayPal Accounts. YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH US! When you get to the check-out just choose the option "If you do not currently have a PayPal account click here" and you will not have to go through the process of signing up to PayPal - we get your order immediately and payment is debited direct from your chosen card.
Delivery and Returns
Dispatch and Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days of us receiving your order although hopefully sooner. Expected delivery times are (allowing for a margin of delay):
7 working days for the UK 9 working days for Europe 11 -20 working days for the rest of the world depending on the country
We will make every effort to deliver within the above timescales, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery timescale, please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible
Returns Goods must be returned in their original condition within 5 days.

Prices and Availability Prices are as shown on our website and these include postage and package fees.
If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered we will notify you as soon as possible after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

Prices may be
updated as and when required due to exchange rate fluctuations. Currency
exchange rate is calculated from rates published on www.xe.com and are updated to reflect major changes. We do not pass customer's details to 3rd parties other than those engaged in the payment process i.e. our Payment Service Provider PayPal, who in turn contact your Credit card company to verify your details.
Recipes4us does not have access to your credit card number since this is sent directly to PayPal via their secure server.
Our shopping cart
requires a cookie (a text file stored on the customer's computer) that holds
information about the order. The only information we
use is the information you send us about the order.
