Below are just a few Thai recipes for you to try. Most of the main courses serve 4, assuming you will be serving one additional main course dish. Allow for 2 main course dishes plus accompaniments, i.e. if there are 4 diners, you should serve 2 main courses (each serving 4) plus rice or noodles, steamed vegetables and nam phrik, all served at the same time.
