Buttered Sweetcorn with Cayenne

Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegetables

4 Fresh Corn on the Cob
1 tbsp chopped chives
1 teasp cayenne pepper
1. Remove the husks from the corn then using a sharp knife, cut the kernels off
2. Heat the butter in a large saucepan, add the sweetcorn and cook gently for
1-2 minutes, stirring from time to time.
3. Add the chives, cayenne pepper and salt and continue to cook for a further
1-2 minutes, mixing well. Serve hot.
