Cardamom Peas Veg HT ACC 15mins
Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegan Vegetables Herbs Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Dairy free Eggless
Ingredients 450g/1lb fresh or frozen Green Peas Salt and Black pepper 1 teasp freshly chopped Oregano ½ teasp Freshly Ground Cardamom 2 tbsp freshly chopped Parsley
Instructions
1. Place the peas in a medium saucepan, cover with lightly salted water, bring to the boil then reduce the heat cook over a medium heat until tender - about 3 – 5 minutes.
2. Add the, pepper, oregano, cardamom, and parsley and mix well. Serve hot.
