Carrots, cut into 5cm/2-inch batons
4 Vanilla Pods, cut into 2.5cm/1-inch pieces
8 large Spinach Leaves
100g/4oz Very Cold Butter, cut into 8 pieces

carrots into 8 portions and arrange each portion on a spinach leaf. Season with
